I am a certified Master Hair Extensionist and Color Expert with a multitude of hair extension methods and the creator of Bead and Knot Rows to ensure the best technique for your hair and lifestyle.
When I started to lose my hair due to a diet, I had all the feelings and fears. When I wear hair extensions I get an instant boost of confidence. I don’t want to have to worry if my extensions are showing I just want to enjoy my day wherever I may be. That is what is constantly going through my mind with every installation and move-up on my guests’ hair.
I enjoy having gorgeous hair without a lot of work to maintain or add time to my morning routine which is easy to do with our haircare line No. 9 Luxe which was created with simplicity in mind.
I focus on your salon experience, not just your hair with our “Nine ways of making you feel beautiful” system for an amazing experience while you get your hair done. I will sit with you every time before your service begins to touch base on your happiness with your current look and create an updated hair plan when needed.
I am a minimalist when it comes to my hair routine on a daily and always create hacks for easy hair styling when I travel. I love decorating, you can see it in the salon, especially during the holidays. For me, the holidays have a different type of energy in the air. I can’t wait for the next one to come around!

Not only does Jen specialize in hair extensions but she wears them as well. With her struggle with hair loss due to dieting, she understands how it feels and uses that to help her guest maximize fullness.
Through in-depth consultations not only at the first visit but every visit to ensure you are loving your hair, her all-inclusive service menu lets you just enjoy your time in the chair with our amazing snack bar with seasonal treats and drinks.
Jen is a wife and mom of two daughters, three dogs, and 10 cats. She loves to decorate the salon and home for the holidays. Not to mention a fondness for books both fiction and personal growth in her free time.

I specialize in hair extensions, from first-time installation to correction extensions that are not up to par. I am always accepting new and loyal guests for extensions. I am open to meeting new people and love to help my guests reach their goals.

About Reservations
A non-refundable retainer fee is required in order to secure your extension reservation. This retainer fee does not cover the cost of hair but your spot on the stylist’s schedule. The retainer does go towards your total cost of service on the day of your appointment.
You may move your reservation for no charge before the seventh day 11:59 PM of your scheduled appointment. You may move your reservation appointment only one time.
Please note that we will asses a fee if you must move, cancel, or not show up to your appointment after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card. This fee is equal to the total cost of a reserved appointment.
On your third time canceling or moving a reservation with less than seven days’ notice in one year, you will no longer be able to pre-reserve appointments. You may be put on a waitlist for the day you are wanting or make an appointment for the day of only.
All services are non-refundable. Only small adjustments are made to the service within 7 days at no charge.
Jen works with 1-2 guests at a time and works with a highly trained assistant(s). Your hair will be featured/documented on Jen’s Instagram/Youtube page channels.
Redo/Adjustment Policy
In the unlikely event that you’re unsatisfied with your service please email contact@ninessalon.com State your full name, phone number, and the beauty pro you received a service from. Guarantees your service ONLY when you invest in the recommended color-safe shampoo and conditioner. You must purchase the recommended color-safe shampoo and conditioner directly through The Nines Salon to be eligible for an adjustment/redo.
Redo/Adjustment Exceptions
Some guests, even when they purchase the recommended products will not qualify for a redo policy for reasons beyond our control.
Who doesn’t qualify:
- Guests enduring a color correction process
- Guests who have used box color in the last 2 years
- Guest whose desired goal requires multiple steps/visits
- Guests who adjust their own hair or have another artist adjust their hair
Guests falling under these categories will have to pay for any adjustments at the beauty pro’s hourly rate.
*This will be outlined in The Nines Salon Color Agreement and explained to you by your stylist.
Once your desired result is achieved your stylist will guarantee your hair.

Weft Installation (4.5 Hours) – see the price chart below
Also known as “hand-tied extensions” and “beaded row extensions. Includes hair extensions, installation, customized blending cut, hair coloring, customized extension coloring, and finished with a style
Weft Maintenance (3.5 Hours) – see the price chart below
Includes removal, hair coloring, gloss, re-install, dusting, and finished with a style. Every 6-8 weeks.
Minor Adjustment (15 Minutes) – Free
If for some reason you feel a bead has slipped, or something isn’t sitting right, you can come in to have it fixed.
Mayor Adjustment (30 Minutes) – $30
If for some reason you feel a bead has slipped, or something isn’t sitting right, you can come in to have it fixed.

Add a haircut to any service for $55.
Transformation Experience Add-on (add 2 Hours) – $250
This service is for you if you have never had a service with me before or are a current guest and would like to change your current look. Full head of balayage, highlights, baby lights, and/or foilyage plus includes a smudge root, toner, treatment based on your hair needs, and style. Includes a home care starter pack and lunch.
Corrective Color Day Rate (8 Hour Minimum Booking) – $1000
If you want a fashion color or have used box-dye in the last 5 years and would like to change your current hair color. To book her for a correction she requires you to book her hair day rate. Includes a home care starter pack and lunch.
Depending on your goals and amount of hair there is a chance we will go over time and if that happens extra time is billed at $110 an hour.
Dimensional Experience (3.5 Hours) – $325
This service is for you if you have never had a service with me before and you would like a half head of balayage, highlights, baby lights, or foilyage technique. This also comes with a root touch-up/Smudge root, toner, treatment based on your hair needs, and style. Includes a home care starter pack and lunch.
Dimensional Maintenance (3 Hours) – $250
This is a touch-up service after your initial first-time service. Half head of balayage, highlights, baby lights, foilyage includes a root touch-up/smudge root, toner, deep treatment, and style.
Transformation Experience (4.5 Hours) – $650
This service is for you if you have never had a service with me before or are a current guest and would like to change your current look. Full head of balayage, highlights, baby lights, and/or foilyage plus includes a smudge root, toner, treatment based on your hair needs, and style. Includes a home care starter pack and lunch.
Transformation Maintenance (4 Hours) – $450
This is a touch-up service after your initial first-time service. Full head of balayage, highlights, baby lights, foilyage plus includes a smudge root, toner, treatment based on your hair needs, and style.

Full head of balayage, highlights, baby lights, foilyage plus a gloss, haircut, treatment, and style
Corrective Color or Fashion Color (6 hours) – $1000
If you want to go significantly lighter, minimal dimension, have/want a fashion color, or have used box-dye in the last 5 years.

Bond Building Technology – $25
Protect and heal your hair during the color process by utilizing today’s most revolutionary technology in hair color. Cross-linking technology repairs broken bonds within the hair during the color service, making your hair stronger, healthier, and more resilient. Essential for all blonding services.
Color Refresher or Toner – $40
Balance out, richen, or toner your hair.
Product Charge – $15
Adding more color to any service. The cost of the product is per additional bowl.
Luxe #9 Treatment – $38
Treat your hair to a conditioning treatment to lock in color, improve hair’s texture and softness and improve manageability.
