Extra Guests & Pet Policy

We understand that things happen and arrangements don’t always go as planned. However, The Nines Salon has a “no extra family members, children, and other visitors” policy unless they are receiving a service at the same time. Pets are not allowed at any time. Extra guests not receiving a service will be given a time frame of the completion of your service and will be asked to leave until your service is over.

This allows our stylists to focus on what is important, you. This also allows you a chance to relax, recharge and renew. 

If your extra guest can’t leave without you, your service will be rescheduled until other arrangements can be made.

A cancellation fee of the full-service dollar amount will be charged if the service needs to be rescheduled. An additional charge with be added to your service if the stylist starts later than the scheduled time.

Booking Appointments

Most of our appointments are 2 to 6-hour-long appointments. Due to the length of the appointments, our Cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

We understand life can get busy and sometimes you may need to cancel or move your appointment. Your appointment is reserved for you, it is up to you to remember when your appointment is. We do send out emails and text reminders.

A non-refundable retainer fee is required in order to secure your extension reservation. This retainer fee does not cover the cost of hair but your spot on the stylist’s schedule. The retainer does go towards your total cost of service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

You may move your reservation for no charge before the seventh day 11:59 PM of your scheduled appointment. You may move your reservation appointment only one time. 

Please note that we will asses a fee if you must move, cancel, or not show up to your appointment after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card. This fee is equal to the total cost of a reserved appointment.

On your third time canceling or moving a reservation with less than seven days’ notice in one year, you will no longer be able to pre-reserve appointments. You may be put on a waitlist for the day you are wanting or make an appointment for the day of only.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your service, contact the stylist directly as all beauty professionals are independent contractors, within 7 days of your service.

Only small adjustments are made to the service within 7 days subject to what is discussed between you and the Beauty Professional.

Retainer Fees

If you have placed a retainer fee in order to secure your extension application reservation or any other service. The retainer fee is non-refundable.

Less than 72 hours to 24-hour notice will result in a fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged and/or need to be paid before we are able to rebook any future appointment.

Less 24-hour notice or “no show”,  100% of the reserved service amount will be charged and/or need to be paid before we are able to rebook any future appointment.

If you booked an extension service, a 14-day notice is required for cancellation.

You are able to move your appointment up to 14 days prior to your scheduled hair extension appointment. If you move, cancel, or no-show to your appointment 14 days or less, your retainer fee will be applied plus the remaining 50% of your total service as stated in our Cancellation Policy. If you wish to reschedule your appointment in those last 14 days, a new retainer fee will be requested to rebook your hair extension appointment.

Due to increased demand during the busy holiday season, We are requiring a 7-day notice of any appointment shifts or cancellations. Any appointment cancellation less than 7 days in advance will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Any appointments canceled with 48-hour or less notice in advance will have the cancellation fee equal to your service dollar amount.

The fee is due prior to rescheduling any appointment.

Due to this increased demand, we can not guarantee to fit you back on the schedule prior to January 5, 2023, if any adjustments are made to your appointment after this booking.
