Order Modifications

Order modifications may be made if your order has not yet been released for shipment. Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by emailing us.

Backorder

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and informed of the expected ship date of the back-ordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a back-ordered item prior to its shipment, please contact us via email.

Pre-sell Items

Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but are available for advanced purchase on our site. We will notify you of the status of your pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.

Collect sales tax?

Due to state tax laws, we are required to collect state sales tax in California, where our company is based.

Exchanges/Returns on products

Exchanges are accepted on products only within 14 days from the original date of purchase. The product must be unused, we will not issue an exchange or refund on an empty bottle. If you would like to make an exchange, send an email to support@ninessalon.com with the subject line ‘Exchange Request’. Please include your order number in the body of the email. We will reply with instructions and a return authorization number. No returns or exchanges will be made after 14 days, and no packages will be accepted without a return authorization number.

To return your product, you should mail your product to 9463 N Fort Washington Rd, Ste 101 Fresno CA 93730.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post).


Only items purchased from Ninessalon.com must be returned to Ninessalon.com. If you purchase our products through a retail shop, you must return them to the original point of purchase.


In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Refunds on services

All services are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your service, contact the stylist directly as all beauty professionals are independent contractors, within 7 days of your service.

Only small adjustments are made to the service within 7 days subject to what is discussed between you and the Beauty Professional.

Retainer Fees for services

A non-refundable retainer fee is required in order to secure your extension reservation. This retainer fee does not cover the cost of hair but your spot on the stylist’s schedule. The retainer does go towards your total cost of service on the day of your appointment.

You may move your reservation for no charge before the seventh day 11:59 PM of your scheduled appointment. You may move your reservation appointment only one time. 

Please note that we will asses a fee if you must move, cancel, or not show up to your appointment after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card. This fee is equal to the total cost of a reserved appointment.

On your third time canceling or moving a reservation with less than seven days’ notice in one year, you will no longer be able to pre-reserve appointments. You may be put on a waitlist for the day you are wanting or make an appointment for the day of only.
