How it works
What to expect
As a new guest, you’ll come in for a 15 – 30 minute pre-appointment to go over your hair goals, desired look, and color match your hair. The next appointment will be your installation appointment. Expect your installation appointment to last between 2-4 hours to create the extension transformation of your dreams!
INITIAL INSTALLATION OPTIONS
There are three options for your Initial Installation appointment, each of which includes custom dimensional hair color, custom hair extension coloring, deep treatment, customer extension placement, tape-in hair installation, hair blending aka haircut, finished style, and our signature Nines Home Care Kit to care for your investment between appointments.
Investment
All installation appointments require a non-refundable retainer of the service fee listed below. At your appointment, you will pay for the remaining service balance.

From a shorter length to a mega Babe. Maximum Full is also ideal for anyone with short layers in the hair and who wants to add over 6″.

About Reservations
A non-refundable retainer fee is required in order to secure your extension reservation. This retainer fee does not cover the cost of hair but your spot on the stylist’s schedule. The retainer does go towards your total cost of service on the day of your appointment.
You may move your reservation for no charge before the third day 11:59 PM of your scheduled appointment. You may move your reservation appointment only one time.
Please note that we will asses a fee if you must move, cancel, or not show up to your appointment after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card. This fee is equal to the total cost of a reserved appointment.
On your third time canceling or moving a reservation with less than seven days’ notice in one year, you will no longer be able to pre-reserve appointments. You may be put on a waitlist for the day you are wanting or make an appointment for the day of only.
All services are non-refundable. Only minor adjustments are made to the service within 7 days at no charge.
